Data & Account Deletion

KalaDrop gives you complete control over your personal information and brand data. In full compliance with privacy standards and App Store guidelines, you can initiate account and data deletion directly inside the mobile app at any time, or request manual assistance from our team.

Instant Deletion Within the Mobile App (Recommended)

You can delete your account and all associated brand data instantly without waiting for customer support:

  1. Open the KalaDrop mobile app on iOS or Android.
  2. Navigate to the Settings tab from the bottom navigation bar.
  3. Select Account.
  4. Tap Delete Account and confirm when prompted.

Once confirmed, your user profile, stored brand memory, custom catalogs, and authentication credentials will be permanently erased from our production databases immediately.

Manual Request via Email Support

If you no longer have access to the mobile application or encounter any issues deleting your account directly, you can submit a manual deletion request by contacting our team:

Subject: Account Deletion Request

Please send the email from the address associated with your KalaDrop account. Our support team will process your request and permanently erase all account records within 48 hours.

Revoke Connected Social Integrations

You can also revoke KalaDrop’s OAuth permissions directly from your connected social platforms at any time:

Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

  1. Go to your Facebook account’s Settings & Privacy menu.
  2. Click on Settings → Apps and Websites.
  3. Find KalaDrop and click Remove.

TikTok

  1. Open your TikTok app and go to your Profile.
  2. Tap the menu icon (top right) and select Settings and Privacy.
  3. Tap Security → Manage App Permissions.
  4. Select KalaDrop and tap Remove Access.

Data Summary & Retention Details

Permanently Deleted:

  • User Profile (Email, Name, User IDs)
  • Persistent Brand Memory & Custom Catalogs
  • AI Generated Carousels, Images, and Video Drafts
  • Scheduled Posts and Content Planner calendars
  • OAuth Access Tokens for connected social networks

Data Retained (If Applicable):

Financial and transactional records associated with in-app purchases, subscriptions, or credit receipts are retained strictly as required by applicable tax legislation and legal reporting obligations.
