Data Deletion Instructions

KalaDrop respects your privacy and provides a transparent way to request the complete deletion of your account and associated data. If you have connected your Meta (Facebook/Instagram) account to KalaDrop, you can remove our access and delete your data using the methods below.

Method 1: Remove Access via Meta/Facebook

You can revoke KalaDrop's access to your data directly from your Facebook settings at any time:

  1. Go to your Facebook account’s Settings & Privacy menu.
  2. Click on Settings.
  3. Scroll down to Security and Login and click on Apps and Websites.
  4. Find "KalaDrop" in the list of active apps.
  5. Click Remove. Facebook will instantly sever the connection to our platform and stop all data sharing.

Method 2: Email Request

To request the complete deletion of your KalaDrop account and all associated historical data from our servers, send an email to contact@kaladrop.com from the email address associated with your account. Include "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line. We will process your request and securely wipe your data within 48 hours.
