Welcome to KalaDrop. By accessing or using the KalaDrop application, website, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. KalaDrop is a digital product operated and legally owned by The Fresh Extracts.
1. Description of Service
KalaDrop provides AI-powered marketing tools, allowing users to generate brand profiles, create marketing content, and automate publishing to connected social media platforms. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
2. Acceptable Use and User Conduct
You agree not to use KalaDrop to:
- Generate or distribute illegal, abusive, or highly objectionable content.
- Violate the Terms of Service of any connected third-party platforms (including Meta, WhatsApp, and Google).
- Attempt to reverse engineer the AI systems, endpoints, or mobile application architecture.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these guidelines or platform policies.
3. Intellectual Property
You retain all ownership rights to the original data, images, and text you input into KalaDrop. Any marketing content generated by KalaDrop's AI agents based on your inputs is assigned to you for commercial use. The KalaDrop app interface, codebase, and logos remain the exclusive property of The Fresh Extracts.
4. Third-Party Integrations
KalaDrop interfaces with third-party networks (like Meta and Google). We are not responsible for the availability of these external APIs, nor are we liable if a third-party network suspends or restricts your social media account based on the content you choose to publish using our tool.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KalaDrop and The Fresh Extracts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of your use or inability to use the service.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction specifically in Pune, Maharashtra, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
